It is amazing how so many fans and critics have extremely short memories when Kane did not score until Oct 21. Did those same critics and fans asked the manager at that time to "drop" Kane from the starting line up. Why not? Is it because Kane is "one of your own" through and through while Sonny is only there to please you temporarily. Well, guess who won the golden boot last season. Sonny has been a true Spur's bastion for the past five to six seasons. And yet, critics and fans are only too eager to target him even though the slow start that he had endured was mostly contributed by Conte's changed in tactics. Come on people,!! You need to judge people as a whole, not by pieces because you than become ignorant bigots rather than a true lover and fan of football. I always had faith in Sonny's unweaving ability and talent, and guess what... He scored a tantalizing and memorable 1st, 2nd and hat trick of goals.

Plenty of fans called for Kane to be rested/dropped last season, as do fans of any club when their star players aren’t performing as they should. We saw with sonny being rested it give him new burst of hunger, this is what it’s for. I’m sorry but you take offence to this behaviour then you simply don’t understand football as a tactical game, but simply support through passion which is fine.

Oh f right off. I thought it was right for Son to be benched simply because he was lacking confidence and there were other options in better form. Stop projecting your own obsession with race onto me. Happily, Son was able to come on and show his true class once more. I have no doubt he'll be back in the first 11 next time out and that's only right. Absolutely f all to do with his race. And, out of interest, I just took a look at comments under a video from last year. Guess what? Several people slating Kane!

Son and Perisic

Son is without question one of the most exciting players I've watched and the guy is just so likeable. Growing up in New York in the late 70s and early 80s I got to watch Pelé play in person when he was on the Cosmos. Same kind of player.

I was crying in joy. The first time I saw the list of starting XI and he wasn’t there I was hurt coz it gets his confidence more affected, but then it motivates him and I said he will be off the bench at 75th minute as Conte always do the sub time but he came in at 59th minute and I said with all my heart that he will get a hat trick and I wasn’t wrong at all! I was really emotional more when he stood still and not celebrating. This is what football what it means to me and to the man who I have faith all the time.

Son could fly when there was no perisic on the pitch and moreover 3-5-2 is the best option for spurs. that is definitely quite good strategy for Kane and Son

352 worked very well because Leicester were already 4-2 down so they have to push forward. If this was done at the start of the match, the two midfielders aside of the holding midfielders should have enough quality to create to be able to break down defense and midfield. Sadly it doesn't work because our midfielders are all dms. Conte had barella and Eriksen as wide midfielders at inter that's why it worked

Conte is trying an offensive tactic that does not rely on Son Heung-min and Kane's counterattack. However, Conte needs to use an offensive tactic to better utilize Son Heung-min and Kane. You have to do better what you can do well. Even though they are the best duo in the Premier League, it would be foolish not to use them.

To be honest, we've still had plenty space in behind to play on the counter with Son making those runs, just that he was bottling the chances and Kane stopped making long range passes to him because he wasn't making use of them. I'm sure now that he's back in form, the team will be more likely to pass into him.
